Products and Prices
We offer a curated selection of innovative cleaning products. All prices are in EUR or the preferred currency in the customer’s country, including all relevant taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent and take precautions for sold-out items.
Payment
We accept VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. Payment will be charged when the item is shipped.
Delivery and Shipping
Our products are sourced from various international suppliers to provide you with the best quality. Orders placed before 5 PM are aimed to be shipped the same day, others the next business day. We ship internationally with rates starting from 5 EUR. Please note that delivery times may vary, with a standard delivery time of 10-14 days within the EU. Special delivery conditions may apply to specific products.
Right of Withdrawal and Warranty
You have a 30-day full return right on goods bought in our webshop. There is a 2-year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act. Return costs must be borne by you. Returns are sent to the company address.
Reclamation
