We accept VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. Payment will be charged when the item is shipped.

Delivery and Shipping

Our products are sourced from various international suppliers to provide you with the best quality. Orders placed before 5 PM are aimed to be shipped the same day, others the next business day. We ship internationally with rates starting from 5 EUR. Please note that delivery times may vary, with a standard delivery time of 10-14 days within the EU. Special delivery conditions may apply to specific products.

Right of Withdrawal and Warranty
You have a 30-day full return right on goods bought in our webshop. There is a 2-year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act. Return costs must be borne by you. Returns are sent to the company address.

A 2-year claim is given in accordance with the Purchase Act. Details of how to return are mentioned above.

For refunds, please provide bank details so the agreed amount can be transferred. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
